Terms of Service

-Payment via invoices (paypal or square invoices)-At least half payment REQUIRED after thumbnail sketches have been approved.-Commission process-
After confirming commission:
1. One or a couple of thumbnail outlines will be sent for approval. Unlimited modifications can be done in this stage. Either full or half of payment will have to be placed after final thumbnail2. After approval of a thumbnail sketch- a refined sketch will be provided and sent for approval.Soon after, a coloured sketch will be sent. Only a limited amount of minor modifications here before I start charging for modifications.(If paid half, the rest of payment will have to be sent after final sketch)3. After sketch is confirmed, I'll carry on with the rest of the illustration. I will make sure to send in updates for feedback!
The full-res final illustration will be sent to client through Dropbox, Google Drive, or email. Along with a PNG with a transparent background.If there is no first response within 24 hours of each step, I will be sure to follow up with a message. If there is still no response within another 24 hours, I will notify you that your commission slot will close after another 24 hours have passed (read refund policy). If notified ahead of time, commission slot will remain as is.-Again, it is advised to be 100% prepared before proceeding with a commission. If there is no response after 72 hours, I will have to move on to the next client. Please read refund policy.-Refunds-
-I will only accept refunds in cases where:
1. A client pays and decides to back out before the commission has finished (or if there is no communication within 72 hours). However, the refund will be based on what has been finished.
-If the illustration is almost finished, there will be no refund in place.or2. If I find that I am unable to deliver the commission in a proper timely manner. A full refund will take place no matter what has already been finished.
If client requests a full-res copy of what has been finished so far, I'll be happy to forward one.ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER FINAL PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED.-Turn around time: 1-2 weeks (depending on queue)
If there needs to be a deadline before the expected turnaround time, there will be an additional fee (additional 20-50%) depending on the complexity of commission.
-waitlist skip: +25% fee
-If I am unable to post/stream any part of the commission, there will be an additional 30% fee.
-Come with references and what you want with your commission. Visual references preferably, anything that can give a good general idea.Descriptions regarding character's personality/backstory are also greatly appreciated.- Most of my posted art contains repeating characters/fan art- however, my abilities can range from various body types, older people, anthropomorphic characters (varies), weapons, backgrounds, NSFW, etc. A portfolio for all of these will be in the works.If you're going to request such, please provide visual references.-I am unable to accept: Full-on mecha, heavily detailed backgrounds due to time constraintsPERSONAL USE-Do not claim art as yours/no AI or NFT useCOMMERCIAL USE-There will be an additional fee. I do utilize the g pen, soft airbrush, and blend tool more than all of these brushes. It is easy to customize to your liking.When will shop open?

-I draw on the huion kamvas 13. IMO, it's a good tablet if you just want to draw. It's not too small or big and it is perfect for someone with little desk space.
The only con with this tablet is changing the brightness/contrast is a bit tedious. It could be a lot easier, but other than that, there has been nothing else I can say that has inconvienced me owning this tablet.Tutorial/Tips?
